Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST, excluding US Federal holidays.

Processing Time
You will be charged via Paypal after transaction completion, prior to product shipment. We process and ship your order in
approximately 2-5 business days.

Shipping
We ship within the United States and its territories and most countries worldwide. For specific inquiries regarding international
shipments, please email questions@earthdivacosmetics.com. Orders are typically shipped within 48 business hours. All orders
will be sent USPS First-Class Mail® with delivery confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email. Please note: USPS
delivery confirmation provides verification of package delivery. There are no refunds for claims of “lost” or “undelivered”
packages. If we cannot track the shipment to your shipping address, the order will be mailed by alternative means at no
additional customer cost. Shipping costs are FREE for orders of $35.00 or more (US and Canada). For all other orders, shipping
is a flat rate of $4.95.

Credit Card Validation and Your Order
Earth Diva Cosmetics LLC does not collect or have access to your personal financial information as we use PayPal to safely and
securely process all credit card orders. You may pay with credit card, debit card, bank transfers and with a personal PayPal
account. For more information about PayPal security measures, visit www.paypal.com. If you are unable to make online
purchases, money orders are acceptable. Print and complete our mail order form and send along with your payment (please do

Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final on mineral makeup, no returns. Unused products (non-makeup only) may be returned within 60 days for a
complete refund. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned products. To assure satisfaction with color matching,

Back Ordered Products
This is a rare occurrence as we do our best to mark high demand items “out of stock” when applicable. However, if an item
ordered is on back order, we will notify you of any shipment delay. If your order contains multiple products, we will ship the
available items. Any back-ordered item will be indicated on your invoice. We will ship back ordered products to you upon
availability, without assessing additional shipping charges.

Your Privacy
Earth Diva Cosmetics LLC is committed to protecting your privacy; we do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to
others. We do not have access to private financial information as orders are processed through Paypal. When you place an
order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to
process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or business at any time for any reason.

Store Policy Change
We reserve the right to revise our Store Policies and Privacy Policies as needed without customer notification.
